How to Launch Your App
You do not need any technical skills or software installations to use the app. Follow these three simple steps to get lender-ready:
Extract the Folder: Locate the downloaded Hardship_Helper.zip file on your device. Right-click the file and select Extract All (or double-click on Mac to unzip it).
Launch the Engine: Open the extracted folder and locate the file named index.html.
Double-Click to Start: Double-click index.html. The interactive Reality Checker (SOFP App) will instantly open and run securely in your standard web browser.
Note: You can leave the app and return to it later. Because the logic is anchored to your browser's local cache, your progress will automatically save on this specific device as you track down your household statements.
